Motivation Monday- Just Do It!

Just do it!

Motivation comes from within you! Others can encourage, but it still takes YOU to motivate yourself. Start by exercising one step at a time. I know we're all busy and a common theme for not excersing, is lack of time. Try by moving all day long! For most people, it's the unstructured activities that burn calories than a more formal exercise plan. Wearing your actiped daily should be a great way to keep yourself motivated to add a few more steps into your daily routine!
